Bikram Yoga is known as the original Hot Yoga, practiced in a room of 105 degrees and 40% humidity. The classes are 90 minutes long and involves a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in the same sequence every time you enter the hot room. The benefits of Bikram Yoga are many including weight loss, detoxification, increased lung capacity, improved muscle tone, improved sleep patterns, relief from seasonal allergies and injury prevention. At some locations, we offer a 60 minute express version of this class during the week and quarterly posture workshops to help you better understand the postures and its benefits.
Inferno Hot Pilates is a High Intensity Interval Training, full body and low-impact workout that uses Pilates principles to strengthen your core. The work out is 60 minutes long and done to music. The class is conducted in a room heated to 95-100 degrees and 40% humidity. It strengthens and tones muscles, burns fat and is a perfect complement to your Bikram Yoga practice.
LifeStretch™- is a 60-minute restorative, mobility-stretch class that is conducted in a non-heated room. LifeStretch is designed to help clients become more flexible in body, mind, and spirit so that they feel not only more functionally mobile but also more capable to deal with the physical and mental demands of their lives. This comes from a non-competitive atmosphere in class that focuses on the innate physical intelligence and abilities within the individual. Instead of comparing oneself to others or to the person next to them in class, the participant is encouraged to find the best way to move and function for them, not some ideal.

Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC) is the therapeutic application of extremely cold dry air, usually between -184F to -240F (-120C and -160C). WBC stimulates the body’s natural healing abilities, using extreme cold to induce responses on three levels: the circulatory system, the energy meridians and the nervous system. The history of whole body cryotherapy began in Japan, developed in Europe and migrated to the U.S. Clinical studies are numerous and focused on treatment of pain and inflammation from sports injuries, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis and skin conditions like psoriasis and dermatitis. Cryotherapy treatment forces your body to rapidly heal itself. These reactions include raising your endorphins, speeding the growth of new connective tissue and speeding up your metabolism. When treatment begins, your skin surface temperature drops to approximately 30 degrees in under a minute. This causes your body to stop trying to regulate your skin surface temperature and instead, your brain draws your blood to your core in order to protect it from the immense and sudden cold. While your blood is in your core, it picks up oxygen and nutrients which stimulate your body’s natural healing. As soon as your treatment is over, your brain sends that oxygen-rich and nutrient-rich blood to areas that it was unable to penetrate before due to inflammation and soreness. If you’re suffering from pain or any inflammatory condition, Cryotherapy may be just what your body needs.
