Six weeks ago, I embarked on a journey morbidly obese, diabetic, worn out, and not like myself.  That journey was the “Ready Set Reset” Challenge where, incorporated with Bikram Yoga and clean eating, you reset your body and released it of all the toxins and impurities that had been weighing it down.  Within that six weeks, I discovered strength, tenacity, and discipline I forgot that I had. Along that journey, I met fellow challengers who became lifelong friends. Today, I’m 30 pounds down, still going, and feeling better than ever.  A simple challenge has become now a healthy lifestyle.

I’m so thankful to Bikram Yoga for the opportunity and being there every step of the way in particular Kendra, Omekongo, and my coach Tye.
