How did you get started with Hot Pilates?
“I was invited to a community class, I showed up, and ever since I have been hooked!”
What or who inspired you to go to teacher training?
“The community and sense of family I felt when I walked in the doors on day one made me want to give back to this community and help others the way BYIC helped me through a tough season of my life.”
What do you love about teaching hot pilates?
“BYRP BYIC BYRP is a family to me, so teaching is like hanging out with my family. I love the energy and the joy I feel and bring to others.”
Tell us one surprising and fun fact about yourself!
“I am a big kid at heart, I collect Goofy items, and big fan of all superheroes!”
What is your favorite exercise? Why?
“I love spider planks, they make me feel like spiderman climbing a wall!”

CPR FIRST AID TRAINING This course is for anyone 13 years of age and older, no prior training or experience is necessary. This course is also for anyone looking to receive re-certification or with limited or no medical training. Practice manikins, first aid supplies, and workbooks (including quick resource guides) will be provided. You will receive an AHA course completion card in First Aid, CPR and AED used to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements. This card will be valid for two years.

ABOUT HOT PILATES Inferno Hot Pilates is a High Intensity Interval Training, full body and low-impact workout that uses Pilates principles to strengthen your core. The workout is 60 minutes long and done to music. The class is conducted in a room heated to 95-100 degrees and 40% humidity.
